  Staff is helpful. Went here on black Friday, after spending time at another nearby Home Depot. The other store's computer said they had 5 in stock of a tool I wanted, but it could not be found in the store. Traveled to the Glenview store, and with a little effort, a staff person helped me find the item and test it (specialty work platform), which I then purchased.

  The people are not too nice and not that helpful. One person at the entrance was a little rude when I asked him where the coat rack section is, and he guided me into the the wrong direction. I had to ask at least 1 or 2 other people the same question to get me to the correct aisle. After finding the best choice I can find, a somewhat nice person helped me understand why I got the best choice but instantly turned away from me before I could ask one more question (i.e. my only other question I had). I love the home depot, but this location does not do that good of a job the way other locations do.
