  Reading the reviews didn't give me high expectations about going to this location, so believe me when I tell you that I had a better experience at this store than I did at any other (including the store near home that I've been going to for years). I don't know what the bad reviews are about I'm led to believe that perhaps the customers were more the problem than the actual staff. I phoned ahead of time, they gave me ALL they're attention over the phone and listened to my problem and gave me a list of possible reasons. When I went to the store it took under 5 minutes for the staff to pinpoint the problem, solve it and give me great tips that will help me in future. Big thanks to Michael, I recommend you ask for him if ever you visit this location.

  TIm and Jaime were so helpful! They answered all of our questions. They were so helpful with our purchases of our new phones. We have gone back a couple of times . They have always taken the time in helping us with our phones. Michael was also great! Thanks so much! Great staff!
